The İLKE Foundation Announces Its New Executive Board
The İLKE Foundation is pleased to announce a
significant development in its leadership structure. As of January 13, 2023, a
new Board of Directors has taken the reins, marking a pivotal moment in the
organization's evolution.
The İLKE Foundation Board of Directors has appointed
Ahmet Sait Öner as the new chairman, where he will focus on setting a future
strategic direction for the foundation. Coming from government, business, and
civil society, the new board members bring years of experience and leadership
to improve the İLKE Foundation. The new board members include:

Dr. Elyesa Koytak
Ömer Burak Tek
Dr. Fatih Gündoğan
"We will persist in our efforts to construct a
more prosperous world, emphasizing a civilian outlook and staying engaged in
civil initiatives," said Nihat Erdoğmuş, the Chairman of the Board of
Trustees at İLKE.
"We all need constructive politics, societal
engagement, a thriving economy, and strong family structures. Solutions are
required for numerous issues, such as addressing income inequality. While the
İLKE Foundation has robust institutional structures, we are committed to
strengthening them further," he added.
"At İLKE, we've fostered a culture of
coordination, organization, and teamwork. It's crucial to open up space for new
faces. Ahmet Sait Öner has taken the baton from me. I extend my best wishes for
success and prosperity to the new board of directors," said Prof. Ahmet
Sait Öner, Chairman, İLKE.
About Ahmet Sait Öner:
Ahmet Sait Öner graduated from the Faculty of Law,
Marmara University, in 2003. In addition to his profession as a self-employed
lawyer, he worked as a manager in various non-governmental organizations such
as Mazlumder and İlim Yayma Cemiyeti. He is the consultant of the Justice and
Science Academy (ADİL), which he founded in 2014. His research and articles
have been published in various journals in the fields of law and literature,
and his research and writing activities are continuing, especially in the field
of law.
